1. Stock & Availability

All GeniusGrower products are held in stock at EU warehouses in Germany and France. Items are shipped promptly after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Where We Ship From

Your order is shipped from the EU warehouse closest to your delivery address:

  • Western and Southern Europe β€” shipped from France
  • Northern and Eastern Europe β€” shipped from Germany

Orders are automatically routed to the nearest warehouse for the fastest possible delivery.

4. Delivery Times

Free standard shipping is available on:

  • All EU orders over €100
  • Applied automatically at checkout based on your cart total
  • No promo code required

For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat rate shipping fee applies:

7. Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

8. Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.

We do not ship outside the EU. All deliveries are intra-EU shipments with no customs fees or import taxes.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier.
  • Damage in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong item: If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

10. Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, uncollected), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
